Evaluation Process

Students in grades K – 12 seeking admission are evaluated based on the following:

An applicant's evaluation includes the review of five criteria.

  • 4 School Records
  • 5 Extracurricular Talents & Interests
Step 1

Register as a new applicant by accessing KCA Sycamore Online Application Portal. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account and create a password. Please be sure to check your SPAM if you've not received a link after 15 minutes.

Step 2

Once you've received your new user ID and set your password, log into Sycamore to complete the online application.

After you complete the application, you must pay the $95 registration fee before your application is processed.

Step 3

Submit the required documents below to complete the application process. All documents are accessible through Sycamore.

  • Health Statement Form (Grades K – 12)
  • Records Release Form (Grades K – 12)
  • Annual Physician’s Statement Form (18 months – 4 years only)
  • Reading Teacher Evaluation (Grades K – 12)
  • Math Teacher Evaluation (Grades K – 12)
  • Principal/Counselor Evaluation (Grades K – 12)
